An electrical hand tool has a handgrip (6) that is separated from the attachment core (20) by injection-moulded vibration dampening material (22). The hard attachment point (4) to the tool is located within the vibration dampening material. The anti-vibration dampening material is injected via holes in the handgrip sheath (6).
