The present invention provides antibodies that immunospecifically bind to human galanin and compositions comprising said antibodies. The present invention also provides methods for preventing, treating, managing, and/or ameliorating hyperproliferative disorders or a symptom thereof comprising administering to a subject in need thereof one or more antibodies that immunospecifically bind to human galanin. The invention also encompasses methods and compositions for diagnosing, monitoring, and prognosing hyperproliferative disorders. The present invention further relates to articles of manufacture and kits comprising antibodies that immunospecifically bind to human galanin. |
