PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlethal restraint which can be fired from an actual gun. SOLUTION: The self generation type stun bullet can shock and restrain a criminal by using rotation of a nose 1 caused by rifling when firing the bullet from an actual gun, and high speed gas generated by combustion of a propellant for firing the bullet, temporarily storing electricity provided from a power generating device 5 in the nose by rotation of a turbine 2 arranged so as to rotate in an opposite direction with respect to a rotating direction of the nose 1 in a capacitor 7, and discharging it into a body at the same time as impact.
