<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnesium material that is obtained by using magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate both having a use restriction as food additives, controls an odd taste and bitterness and is usable in the field of foods mainly including beverage foods. <P>SOLUTION: A solution slightly having an odd taste and bitterness is obtained by dissolving magnesium oxide and magnesium carbonate in water by using citric acid, tartaric acid or malic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
