<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a micro-antenna having a dual performance by resonating one antenna element (such as an exciter, a parasitic element or the like) to radio waves having two kinds of wavelengths. <P>SOLUTION: One surface of an exciter body 1 is covered with an antenna-side dielectric 3A while a part of the other surface is covered with a ground-side dielectric 3G to one exciter body 1. Accordingly, one exciter body 1 is resonated even to the radio waves having a lower frequency and even to the radio waves having a higher frequency, and the number of components for an antenna device is reduced.
