PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus equalizing a sensitivity in a light-receiving region while having a constitution in which a manufacturing process is not complicated. SOLUTION: In the solid-state imaging apparatus 20, a dummy pattern 2 is formed so as to surround a part or the whole of the outer periphery of a light receiver 8 formed on a semiconductor substrate 10, and the dummy pattern 2 reflects a light not to be incident on the light receiver 8 and makes it incident on the light receiver 8.
