<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster pump device enabling a reduction in size in the radial direction, a liquid injection device, and a flow passage structure of a booster pump. <P>SOLUTION: This booster pump comprises a pump part 30 exhausting boosted air to the outside when a diaphragm 37a is extended and retracted by a drive motor as a drive source. When the diaphragm 37a is extended, a second seal member 50 is separated from a seat part 38 and an intake port 52 is opened and the pump part 30 is brought into an intake state. When the diaphragm 37a is retracted, the second seal member 50 is fitted to the seat part 38, the intake port 52 is closed, an exhaust side check valve mechanism 60 is brought into an open state, and the pump part 30 is brought into an exhaust state. An intake port 52 to withdraw the outside air into the pump chamber 29 is formed in a compression part 37, and an exhaust port 58 exhausting the boosted air in the pump chamber 29 is formed in the seat part 38.
