FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should study metabolic values of calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) per expiratory volume unit. Children with chronic adenoiditis demonstrate characteristic disorder of calcium-magnesium exchange leading to decreased magnesium content being below 2.25±0.11 mcg/l at the background of increased calcium level being above 0.082±0.0022 mM/l against healthy children that enables to perform pre-clinical diagnostics of the disease in question.
