PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit built-in type room mirror device capable of avoiding damages of an electronic circuit caused by discharge of static electricity as much as possible even when the electronic circuit having an antenna is built in a room mirror. SOLUTION: In the electronic circuit built-in type room mirror device, a room mirror 2 to pick up an image of a rear portion of a vehicle is mounted on a mirror housing 1, an electronic circuit having an antenna 4 is built inside the mirror housing 1, a conductive body 11 is provided on a mirror holding part at the rear portion of the vehicle on the inner side of the mirror housing 1, and the conductive body 11 is connected to grounding wires 8, 9 provided in the electronic circuit.
