The tape (4) has two web tapes, which are interweaved with one another at regular intervals along a length, such that the tape is provided on one side with an adhesive layer for horizontal fixing of the tape on a blind material (1). Another blind material is adhesive bonded on a side of the tape that turns the blind material (1). Pulling cords run between the web tapes and between two interweaving areas (10).
