<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanowire light-emitting element and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The nanowire light-emitting element comprises a substrate, a first conductive layer on the substrate, a plurality of nanowires, formed like a pole on the first conductive layer, respectively including the p-type doping portion and n-type doping portion, a light-emitting layer provided between the p-type doping portion and n-type doping portion, a first and a second organic polymers filling the portions among the nanowires, corresponding to the p-type doping portion and the n-type doping portion, and a second conductive layer formed on the nanowires.
