PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger type liquid spray which sprays liquid with weak operation power. SOLUTION: The trigger type liquid spray is provided with: a pump (2) for sucking and pressurizing liquid in a vessel by repeatedly pulling an operation lever (1); a body (3) having a feed path (3a) for feeding the pressurized content by the pump (2) toward a spray nozzle (n); and a valve element (4) elastically supported to be moved back and forth at the outlet end of the feed path (3a) of the body (3) and for spraying the liquid toward the outside through the spray nozzle (n) by an opening action having a pressure exceeding a standard pressure, wherein a spacer (5) having at least one narrow groove extending from the inlet end to the outlet end of the feed path (3a) and for reducing the cross-section of the feed path (3a) to decrease a quantity of the liquid to be fed is arranged in the feed path (3a).
