The system for the controlling or influencing of climate factors inside rooms (1) of buildings (2) has a sensing system (7,8) which determines the actual value of temperatures on the interior room side and on the outside surface of the wall. The actual values are monitored on data combinations by which it is indicated where condensation water is likely on the interior room side of the wall surface or wall. A control unit (9) automatically activates means or measures (10) to prevent relative air moisture close to the wall surface if the actual data combinations come close to the nominal data combinations.
