PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a small-sized laminated coil having a high performance, by so inserting insulating substrates into an integrated core member from both its sides as to form the coil. SOLUTION: Conductor patterns 9, 11, 15, 16, 20 having respectively the shapes obtained by the dividing of a coil 23 are provided respectively on insulating substrates 8, 14, 19. Then, the insulating substrates 8, 19 are inserted into coil inserting holes 3, 3 of a core member 2 from the side of the end surface 2A of the core member 2, and the insulating substrate 14 is inserted into the coil inserting holes 3, 3 of the core member 2 from the side of its end surface 2B. Subsequently, these insulating substrates 8, 14, 19 are so laminated as to connect with each other the conductor patterns 9, 11, 15, 16, 20 and as to form the coil 23 wound around a main leg 4 of the core member 2.
