PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slime disposal method applicable to a diameter-expanded portion at an axial midpoint of a cast-in-place concrete pile, according to which ground excavation work and slime disposal work at the diameter-expanded portion are carried out simultaneously with each other (in a manner lapping on each other). SOLUTION: In carrying out the slime disposal work, a slime disposal mechanism 6 formed of a suction pipe 4 accessible to/withdrawable from a bottom 3a of the diameter-expanded portion 3, and an operating means 5 for advancing/withdrawing the suction pipe 4 to/from the bottom 3a of the diameter-expanded portion 3, is arranged beforehand at the midpoint of a drill rod 2 for a reverse circulation drilling method, having a reaming excavation bucket 1 at a distal end thereof, such that the suction pipe 4 communicates with the drill rod 2. When the slime disposal mechanism 6 reaches the diameter-expanded portion 3 excavated by the diameter-expanding excavation bucket 1, the suction pipe 4 is advanced to the bottom 3a of the diameter-expanded portion 3 by the operating means 5 to carry out suction of the slime 7 settled on the bottom 3a of the diameter-expanded portion 3, and after the suction of the slime 7, the suction pipe 4 is withdrawn from the bottom 3a of the diameter-expanded portion 3. According to the slime disposal method, the slime disposal step described as above is carried out concurrently with the excavation work by means of the reaming excavation bucket 1.
