PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that recognizes and evaluates change in weak phenomena in an analog signal including a digitalized background noise in real time, enables a significant signal recognition in a given time window to be performed continuously in real time and evaluated. SOLUTION: A signal starting time and a signal ending time when a signal/noise ratio (S/N) is the highest as an indication of signal significance within the range of a temporal search window are evaluated in real time without delay for a single input signal. In a trigger judgment circuit, results of the signal recognition from a single input or a plurality of inputs, that is, a starting time and an ending time of a signal waveform, and S/N are calculated and evaluated without delay, and only the data of significant signal recognition results are outputted to an external bus.
