<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the clogging state of a black exhaust removing filter regenerative by engine exhaust gas temperature, without using a pressure sensor, temperature sensor, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A filter clogging detection device is provided with an acceleration dial 21 specifying a set value of engine speed, and an engine speed sensor 22 detecting an actually measured value of engine speed. The filter clogging detection device is provided with: a primary delay circuit 24 for obtaining an exhaust gas temperature by primary delay filter processing of the actually measured value of engine speed; and a function table 25 determining whether the exhaust gas temperature of the black exhaust removal filter 13 is within a regeneration region or a non-regeneration region from the relation between the set value of engine speed and the actually measured value of engine speed at a filter regeneration limit temperature, by obtaining the actually measured value of engine speed at the filter regeneration limit temperature for each set value of engine speed. The filter clogging detection device is provided with a non-regeneration region timer 26 outputting a filter clogging signal when the non-regeneration region time reaches a predetermined time, and an annunciator 29 for receiving the filter clogging signal and outputting a warning signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
