PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the purpose of preventing a complicated change of a determined result while improving determination precision without complication of constitution, etc. SOLUTION: An information processing means 18 having a function to compute and measure a load on a seat in accordance with load information from a load sensor 14 (#1 to #4) and to properly determine and select a load zone belonging to the load on the seat by comparing the load with a specified threshold value has another function to compute and estimate the load at a point of time when it is compared with the threshold value in accordance with a smoothing data by carrying out a specified smoothing process a specified plural number of the load information sequentially detected by the load sensor and further another function to respectively compute and estimate a position of a center of gravity for each of the load information in accordance with a specific plural number of the load information collected by the smoothing process.
