PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a circuit board from becoming hot by efficiently cooling a control device for a game machine, and in the meantime, to enable a stamp sealing display of a processing device to be visually checked in the control device for the game machine, and the game machine equipped with the control device. SOLUTION: This control device 40 for the game machine has a control board main body 120 having a control board 113 which mounts an image control CPU 114 for performing processes related to the game, and a cover member 90 which is freely detachable from the control board main body 120. In the control device 40 for the game machine, to the cover member 90, a heat radiation member 92 is fixed in a manner to be brought into contact with the image control CPU 114 which is mounted on the circuit board 113 in the control board main body 120 when being fitted on the control board main body 120.
