<p>A composite heat utilizing method with snow and ice used as a heat source, wherein snow and ice disposal and cold heat utilization in cities, airports, railroad stations, etc., in cold snow districts having the problem of conquering and utilizing snow are automatically performed with a minimum of manual operation and wherein snow disposal, high density storage, and cold hot heat utilization are unified as one system, using a water-insoluble antifreeze solution; and a heat pump system. The method is characterized by using a water-insoluble antifreeze solution (2) as a refrigerant for refrigerating cycle (snow and ice heat source heat pump system (3)), cooling the antifreeze solution to a snowfall temperature or below in winter to absorb heat of evaporation with conveyed or stored snow used as an evaporation heat source, using the heat of condensation of the antifreeze solution to heat a district snow melting-purpose circulation fluid (9), a snow melting medium or a heating-purpose circulation fluid, and using cooled and stored snow and ice which have been cooled and stored for cooling or as a cold heat source for cooling in summer.</p> |
