PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foamed composite sheet which is excellent in recycling properties, has no broken bubble or the like, and is homogeneous and in which a foamed sheet of a high expansion ratio and a reinforcing sheet are joined together. SOLUTION: In the method, a composite sheet which is formed of a polymer composition containing the reinforcing sheets 121 and 122 (polyolefin fibers, glass fibers, or the like), a polyolefin polymer (polypropylene polymer or the like), and a foaming agent (heat decoposable chemical foaming agent or the like) and has at least two lengthy bodies 21 joined at prescribed intervals to the surfaces of the reinforcing sheets is heated (for example 160-190°C), and each lengthy body is expanded and integrated.
