PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an increase of ventilation resistance, while passing a cross car beam through an air conditioner for a vehicle. SOLUTION: Air blow holes 60 and 61 capable of circulating air are provided in the midway of the cross car beam 2. A first air conditioning unit 16 and a second air conditioning unit 30 are oppositely arranged along a vehicle height direction so that an air outlet 15b of cold air and hot air of the first air conditioning unit 16 may be communicated via the air blow holes 60 and 61 across the cross car beam 2.
