<p>A web guide device capable of securing smooth operation even if used in an environment where paper dust and dirt are dispersed and preventing the meandering of a continuously carried web (W), comprising a base (2), rollers (5) onto which the web (W) is applied, a swing part so installed on the base (2) that the rotating shafts of the rollers (5) can be swung in a web (W) carrying direction, and a swing means for swinging the swing part relative to the base (2). The swing means further comprises a motor (21) installed on the base (2), a screw shaft (22) connected to the spindle of the motor (21), and a moving member (23) screwed with the screw shaft (22) and connected to the swing part so that the rotating shafts of the rollers (5) at the swing part swing in the carrying direction of the web (W) when the moving member is moved along the screw shaft (22). The moving member (23) is formed of a lubricant-containing material.</p> |
