FIELD: non-destructive inspection. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is used for thermal non-destructive inspection of non-uniform structures. Density of thermal flow is created through fence to be inspected and its value q is measured at one of the surfaces (for example, onto internal surface - qi). Temperatures of opposite surfaces Toi and Toe are also measured. Quality of object under control is determined from its resistance to heat transfer Ro according to relation of Ro= Ti-Te/q= (Ti- Toi)/q+ (Toi -Toe)/q+ ( Toe- Te)/q=Ri+Rc+Ro. Value of density of thermal flow is measured additionally at opposite surface (qi). Values of densities of thermal flow qo(t) and qe(t) and temperatures of opposites surfaces as well as internal as external surfaces are measured periodically during time interval tau. Admissive error of measurement of thermal flow density (Deltaqmax) is specified. Moments of time tau1, tau2... taun are determined when values of flows at opposite surfaces are equal with error Deltaq<= Deltaqmax,:/qi(t)-qe(t)/<=Deltaqmax. Density of thermal flows is kept to be measured till achieving difference in their values beyond limits of Deltaqmax. Moment tc is selected from received moments of time where values of densities of thermal flows coincide with preset error Deltaqmax during longest time interval Deltatc. Quality of object is determined correspondingly to given relation for values q=qi, qe, Toe, Toi, Ti and Te which were measured at moment to. ^ EFFECT: improved truth of determination of quality of tested fence. ^ 3 dwg |
