<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make excellent a signal receiving state without being affected by noise caused by switching a transmitting section power supply circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 19 acquires a receiving FER monitor value from a transmitting/receiving circuit 15. If the acquired receiving FER monitor value is less than a preset threshold, the CPU 19 controls a transmitting section power supply circuit 18 so as to switch a voltage to be applied to a transmitting section power amplifier 17 based on requested transmission power.
