PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device which detects a reflection signal from a target more surely. SOLUTION: A relative distance calculation section 21, on the basis of the position information of an own radar device and the position information of another radar device which is present in the vicinity informed through a predetermined transmission line, calculates a relative distance to the another radar device. A transmission timing control section 22 transmits the transmission time of a pulse signal transmitted by the own vehicle to the another radar device through the predetermined transmission line and then transmits a pulse signal at the transmission time. A reception timing control section 23 controls a reception signal so that it is not allowed to pass through during a transmission time period of the pulse signal and a reception time period of a pulse signal outputted by the another radar device. A target distance calculation section 24 calculates a distance to the target on the basis of the transmission time of the pulse signal transmitted by the own radar device and the reception time of a reflection signal for the pulse signal.
