PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature managing medium, capable of detecting temperature history of whether a storage temperature of a package becomes a high temperature state inadequate for freezing/refrigerating, and having a constitution hardly affected by external force. SOLUTION: This temperature managing medium is composed of the emulsified liquid coagulable at a temperature lower than the freezing point, and phase-separated by temperature rise to more than a specific temperature. The emulsified liquid is composed of lipid mixture containg water, fat and oil and phosphatide, and lipophilic organic solvent. When the emulsified liquid has high viscosity, it is not necessarily stored in a sealed container.
