A dual handle control faucet (10) that includes a pull out head (28) and a faucet base (12). The pull out head (28) is switchable between a first water discharge pattern and a second water discharge pattern. The pull out head switches from the first water discharge pattern to the second water discharg e pattern upon disengagement with the faucet base, which provides for hands-fr ee switching between to two spray patterns.
