Process and device for producing flexible mouldings

In a process for producing flexible mouldings from comminuted filler and curable binder, a predetermined amount of the filler is mixed with an amount, tailored thereto, of a binder composed of two components and containing a catalyst and subsequently the mixture is filled into a mould in which the two components of the binder react with one another and by this means the mixture is cured. To achieve high operating cycles and thus an optimum utilisation of the moulds and to ensure a homogeneous mixture, the filler and the binder are continuously mixed together with an organic catalyst and the curing of the mixture is carried out in a heated mould. <IMAGE>
