PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger having both excellent discharging property of an air mixed therein and excellent discharging property of an inside fluid when not in use in a heat exchanger used in such an attitude that a tube is stacked in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises the tube 110 allowing a liquid phase fluid to flow therein and stacked in multiple layers and connected to a pair of tank parts 101 and 102 and two pipe parts 140 and 150 allowing the liquid fluid to flow therein and therefrom. The stacking direction of the tube 110 is set in the vertical direction, and two pipe parts 140 and 150 are disposed at the upper and lower end parts of the tube 110 in the stacking direction.
