PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify installation work of a ventilator to an outer wall, by surely installing the ventilator of an air conditioner on the outer wall. SOLUTION: A sleeve 6 downwardly slantingly penetrating through a wall, is inserted into an insertion hole 10 of an installation base body 14. A fixing cap 5 forming a female screw 15A on an inner surface is threadedly engaged with the sleeve 6 forming a male screw 6A. The installation base body 14 is fixed to an outside surface of the wall by sandwiching the wall and the installation base body 14 between the installation base body and a flange 7.
