<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identity verification device which can reduce troublesome work in inquiry for identity verification and risks caused by impersonation. <P>SOLUTION: The identity verification device receives identification information such as addresses sent from a mobile phone and an attachment file with format for a moving picture, and verifies whether the identification information input by a user to be verified matches face image, and the identification information and facial portrait from picture of a certificate included in the attachment file. And also it collates audio information included in the attachment file input by the user to be verified matches obtained audio information. Then when a result of collation meets a certain condition, the identity verification is accepted.
