PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a supported part at a desired attitude or position without requiring a special restoring operation by preventing the supported part from being held at an attitude or position different from the desired attitude or position, even if unintentional force is applied to a supporting part, etc. SOLUTION: This thin-film structure is provided with a supporting base body 12b, the supported part 31, the supporting part for supporting the supported part 31 on the supporting base body 12b and a stopper 41 provided on the supporting base body 12b.
