<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band which is used for identifying a patient to prevent a malpractice such as mixing-up of a patient and whose IC can be recycled, and whose IC can not be taken out by the patient when the wrist band is worn but can easily be taken out after the wrist band is removed from the patient. <P>SOLUTION: The wrist band has: an IC sheet 1 which is composed of a waterproof substrate, stores personal information of the patient electrically and shows the personal information of the patient on the surface of the IC sheet; and a housing part 2 having the IC sheet 1 inside. The front surface of the housing part 2 is formed of a transparent substrate, and the rear surface of the housing part 2 has an opening part 9 which the IC sheet 1 can be inserted to and taken out from and which can be closed adhesively and opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
