PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device, having a terminal part of which the surface electrical resistance value is reduced. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with the terminal part on a substrate, wherein the terminal part comprises a first transparent conductive layer; an insulating film having an aperture, through which a part of the first transparent conductive layer is exposed; and a second transparent conductive layer, formed so as to cover the part of the first transparent conductive layer exposed through the insulating film and the aperture of the insulating film, and the first transparent conductive layer is connected to a signal line led to the terminal part.
