PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating and drying machine capable of ventilating the inside of a bathroom even during heating operation and also securing a specified ventilation air volume at all times. SOLUTION: This bathroom heating and drying machine 1 comprises an air blow fan 12 sucking an air in the bathroom 2 from a suction port 8 and supplying it to at least one of a blowout port 10 and an exhaust port 9, a damper 15 for setting the distribution ratio of the air supplied from the air blow fan 10 to the blowout port 10 and the exhaust port 9, and a heater 14 heating the air supplied from the air blow fan 12 and blowing it out from the blowout port 10. During the heating operation in which the air blow fan 12 and the heater 14 are operated, the ventilation of the inside of the bathroom 2 can be performed even during the heating operation by setting the damper 15 in such a state that the air is supplied from the air blow fan 12 to both the exhaust port 9 and the blowout port 10.
