PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for the purpose of solving problems accompanying the prior art, a sheet excellent in heat resistance, water vapor permeability and besides optical characteristics. SOLUTION: A resin composition is provided, which is obtained by melting/blending (A) a resin of≥5 wt% and≤45 wt% having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of≥100°C and an alicyclic structure in the molecule and (B) a polyalkylene terephthalate of≥95 wt% and≤55 wt% (wherein the total of (A) and (B) is 100 wt%).
