PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular die installed in an inflation film manufacturing apparatus which molds a tubular synthetic resin film and takes up the synthetic resin film cut open into two parts to be formed into a flat shape, can extrude a synthetic film of high quality causing no deterioration without stagnating a molten resin in a molten resin passage and can disperse uneven thickness by a simple device. SOLUTION: Two distribution passages and a dispersion passage expanded in a fan-shape are provided to the mandrel of the circular die and a rotary device for rotating the leading end of the mandrel and an adjusting ring.
