PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cleaning liquid which shows high detergency to staining adhered to parts and members of a dyed aluminum substrate, in particular to the surface of a semiconductor bonding wire-winding spool formed from the substrate, and produces no fading of the surface.
