<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and effort for approval of an owner user without degrading security. <P>SOLUTION: This project managing server 1 is constituted by providing a project member information storage means 172a which associates and stores identification information of a project, identification information of a member user who participates in the project by approval by the owner user of the project and an member addition authority information regarding addition authority imparted to the member user by the owner user and when the member user, as a user of a requesting source, makes a user at a requesting destination participate in the project and member addition restriction means 11 (16, 171, 173a) for restricting addition of a new member user by the member user based on the member addition authority information stored in the project member information storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
