<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image information communication system which is highly reliable simultaneously for a plurality of parties, using one radio unit. <P>SOLUTION: A base unit 200 divides image information which is stored in an image information storage section 203 and photographed by a camera section 101 of an entrance slave unit 100, into a length that can be transmitted by one time slot of TDMA, adds transmission order numbers, respectively and transmits the same information a plurality of times.
