PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the conventional meeting system displays imaged video data on a terminal, converts input voices into text data, translates the data in a specified language, and records them linked to the text data on specified proceedings, but cannot display the proceedings on a plurality of terminals. SOLUTION: The video meeting system has a plurality of meeting terminals connected via a communication line to a meeting terminal having a voice input means, and a display and at least one photographing means. Further, the system comprises a means for displaying video data imaged by the photographing means on the meeting terminal, a means for converting voices inputted to the voice inputting means to text data, a means for transforming the converted text data in a specified language, a means for recording the transformed data linked with the test data in a proceeding format, and a means for making the recorded proceeding format displayable on the displays of the plurality of meeting terminals.
