PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain strong information disturbance, while having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A hash generating system comprises a plurality of chaos noise generating units 11-1 to 11-M, a primary total part 1 provided with first logical sum calculating parts 16-2 to 16-M for successively performing exclusive logical sum calculations, to output of each chaos noise extracting part 15-1 to 15-M provided with each chaos noise generating unit; a secondary diffusion part 2 provided with a chaos noise generating unit 20 and generating chaos noise, by using output of the first logical sum calculation part 16-M; and a second logical sum calculation part 28 for performing exclusive logical sum calculation of outputs of the primary total part 1 and the secondary diffusion part 2. Object data being the object of a hash value calculation are divided into a plurality of blocks, to give the data of the divided block to each chaos generating unit 11-1 to 11-M of the primary total part 1, respectively so as to generate hash values.
