PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of reducing a space required for disk clamping while surely preventing a collision with an inserted/ejected disk. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a pick arm 130 disposed to be shaken in/out of a space generated by dividing trays 250 capable of housing a plurality of disks D, a drive unit mounted on the pick arm 130 to reproducing the disks D, a turntable 123 for mounting the disks D, a clamp arm 124 elevated roughly in parallel with the disks D, and a clamper ring 125 attached to the clamp arm 124 to hold the disks D with the turntable 123. A push-up part 138-2 is provided to push up the clamp arm 124 to secure a clearance at the time of inserting/ejecting the disks D. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
