PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for feeding and applying a cosmetic, a sanitary product, or other medicaments to a coating object such as a skin, with additional functions provided to the cosmetic, the medicament or the like. SOLUTION: The cosmetic or the like is fed to the coating object by giving ultrasonic vibration to it. The cosmetic or the medicament is preferably sprayed and fed to the object.
