<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a belt-type continuously variable transmission capable of providing a guiding portion guiding air flowing in a casing in a discharging direction at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: An air inlet 63 and an exhaust outlet 65 are arranged on casings 6 and 60 covering a drive pulley 11 and a driven pulley 21, air is inhaled from the air inlet 63 in response to rotation of both pulleys 11 and 21, and the air is discharged from the exhaust outlet 65. The exhaust outlet 65 is arranged in the vicinity of an outer periphery of the driven pulley 21, and fins 21c and 21d generating an air flow are arranged on an outer surface of the driven pulley 21. The guiding portion 66b extending from the exhaust outlet 65 into the casing and guiding the air flowing in the casing in a discharging direction is integrally formed on an exhaust duct 66 connected with the exhaust outlet 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
