PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boot ring capable of preventing occurrence of a clearance between a male part and a female part when engaging the male part and the female part mutually. SOLUTION: This boot ring 1 is provided with the male part 2 provided at one end of a metallic belt member cut to desired length and having a projecting engaging part 2b protruding in the direction of width and the female part 3 provided at the other end of the metallic belt member and having a recessed engaging part 3b corresponding to the male part and is formed like a ring by engaging the male part 2 and the female part 3 mutually. The male part 2 or the female part 3 is provided with bent parts 2c, 2d, 2e in a fringe part of at least a part where they are mutually engaged by facing the longitudinal direction.
