<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply and a power supply control circuit for stepping up an input voltage by a step-up means and rectifying the step-up voltage by a rectification means before being supplied to a load in which the voltage can be prevented from becoming high due to the step-up voltage at the time of interruption. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply (101, 201) comprising a means (L0) for stepping up an input voltage (Vin), a means (SBD) for rectifying the step-up voltage from the step-up means (L0) and supplying the rectified voltage to a load (13), and a means (111, 211) for controlling the step-up means (L0) depending on a current flowing through the load (13) and stopping the step-up operation of the step-up means (L0) depending on a control signal being supplied externally is further provided with a means (M0) connected between the rectification means (SBD) and the load (13) and switching the connection of the rectification means (SBD) and the load (13), and an interruption means (124, 224) for turning the switch means (M0) off with a time lag when the step-up operation of the step-up means (L0) is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
