PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator capable of blowing out conditioned air toward a space between a windshield and an occupant without any complicated structure. SOLUTION: In the ventilator 1A, an upward air outlet 3 is formed in an instrument panel 2 on the forward side in a cabin, an upward duct 4 to guide conditioned air is connected to the upward air outlet 3, and the air axial direction F of the upward duct 4 is set in the direction toward a space between a windshield 5 and an occupant.
