<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic cap in which the cylindrical wall of a cap body has a double structure formed of the internal wall and the external wall, and projections for preventing liquid splashes are formed at the upper lid, and the plastic cap is configured so as to reliably prevent such inconvenience that the upper end of the external wall fits into a space inside the projections, thus satisfactorily maintaining the appearance of the cap. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical wall 6 of the cap body 1 fitted and fixed to a container mouth has an external wall 6b connected to the internal wall 6a at the lower end of the internal wall 6a. The upper lid 2 is connected to an upper portion of the external wall 6b by a hinge connection part. The upper lid 2 has a top plate 31 and a skirt wall 33. The plurality of projections 37 for preventing liquid splashes are formed circumferentially on the lower end face of the skirt wall 33 at intervals.
